I believe healing happens best in relationships that feel supportive, compassionate, and human. I am a Master of Social Work candidate through the University of Denver’s Four Corners Program (anticipated June 2026) and an intern therapist at Riversage. I take a trauma-informed approach and draw from mindfulness-based practices, parts work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches. While working at Open Sky Wilderness Therapy, I saw firsthand how adolescents and young adults can thrive when given individualized support, and I carry forward a practice of recognizing and celebrating meaningful progress, both big and small. My work is also informed by experience supporting clients in navigating La Plata County systems and the challenges that can impact safety, stability, and well-being. I prioritize each client’s sense of what feels right for them and see my role as walking alongside them with presence, thoughtfulness, and practical support as they move toward their goals.
